On February 28, 2012, Governor Jan Brewer signed SB1045 Tax corrections act; 2012 (Laws 2012, Chapter 3). With the signing of this bill it required DOR to revise Form 304-2 for 2010 and 2011 and Forms 345 and 345-2 for 2011.
